Diana Morales

Diana plays a key leadership role at Cleveland Design, helping to grow the agency’s digital capabilities, deepen client relationships, and expand the business through high-impact creative solutions. With nearly two decades of experience, she leads multidisciplinary projects across branding, web design and development, motion graphics, and video—delivering thoughtful, accessible, and effective work from concept to completion.

She has been instrumental in launching new brands and global marketing campaigns for major clients including Carrier, Thomson Reuters, Lovesac, and a range of nonprofit organizations. Diana’s ability to translate complex needs into clear, inclusive design has made her a trusted partner to clients and an integral part of Cleveland Design’s continued growth.

As Cleveland Design’s lead on accessible digital design, Diana has championed inclusive practices that now serve as an important offering for the agency. Her knowledge of WCAG standards and practical implementation has guided clients through evolving accessibility requirements with clarity and confidence.

A graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook with a BA in Psychology and Sociology, Diana brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to communication and client relationships. She’s also earned her Certificate in Graphic & Web Design from Boston University, where she helped guide new students in their first steps into digital design.
